TRUELIFESTORY: Fraudsters Are In Town

This is true life story, I will try to write it the same way it was related to me by an elderly woman (in her 60s), she is one of the closest women in my life below.

She has a shop in the street of Lagos selling assorted biscuits, sweet, soaps, beverages, recharge cards, provisions etc.

"On Thursday 5th August 2016 about 9am ( during market sanitation) a male customer came with a polythene bag in his hand to come and buy something, as usual, we open partially to sell few things to early customers, as I went in to the shop to bring what the customer requested for, he started exclaiming "mama mama e wo ìgbé lórí pákó yin!!! (see faeces on your rack)" I raised up my eyes and to my surprise there was faeces smeared on the rack, I was very perplexed to see such and as such it sent shiver down my spine.

As I was running from pillar to post to either get the dirt cleaned or figure out who could perpetrate such a thing, the customer offered a helping hand, he said "Mama, get water and soap, I will help you wash it off." I was glad and I closed my shop door partially to go get water.

In less than five minutes I was back with water and the man washed off the faeces after which he left without asking for payment for the service he rendered, I thanked him so much and was happy.

Not until when another customer came to buy a 200 Naira MTN recharge card, I realized my recharge card bag has gone, it was then I started searching for my wallet that I kept on the Fridge beside the door that contain my 7,500naira.

The customer came, he offered to help, he helped and went away with my wallet that has my 7,500 Naira in it and Recharge Card Bag that has up to 30,000 Naira assorted recharge card in it, THE CUSTOMER WAS A FRAUDSTER. "
